There are so many activities available to choose from a wide range of activities whenever you would like to choose anyone fro them. You can opt the following activities from; coasteering, gorge walking, surf skiing, mountain biking, climbing/abseiling and various other outdoor and team building activities. At Wales there is something for everybody. All activities provided are run by professionally qualified instructors with experience in the field. Please click on the links below for more information.

Land Based Activities
Land based activities allow you to engage in a choice of differing extremities. Select from climbing/abseiling to archery the choice is yours. Depending on what you feel is appropriate for your particular group; you have the selection that can involve those of varying ages and abilities.

1) Mountain Biking: Mountain biking on quiet coastal roads,woodland trials and bridleways.
2) Sumo Wrestling: An idea to experience the sumo wrestling.
3) Climbing and abseiling:Basic activities begin using center high ropes course and climbing wall.
4) Paint ball:an exhilarating activity amongst a group of friends or colleagues.
5) Archery:Another activity with a competitive edge.
6) High Ropes & Zip-Line urpose built high ropes course and zip line tower.
7) Quad Biking:Quad biking sessions can be incorporated into activity weekends.
8.) Land Yachting: Takes place on the famous seven mile strip of flat beach at Pendine Sands.
9) Clay Pigeon Shooting:Experience the proper gentleman’s sport by shooting.
10)Horse Riding:with a choice of locations that offer moor land tracks, beach rides, and indoor schooling.

Water Based Activities You may choose the various water based activities from a wide range of choices; Coasteering, Gorge Walking, Surf Skiing, River Experience, Kayaking / Canoeing and various other outdoor and team based activities run by professionally qualified instructors with experience in the field.

1) Coasteering: Let us take you on the outdoor extremists’ latest craze.
2) Gorge Walking: Amongst the stunning Neath Valley lies another adventure involving white water.
3) Surf Skiing: Open deck kayaks used at sea.
4) River Experience: Takes place on the River Teifi involving white water activities.
5) Kayaking / Canoeing: Depending on water conditions there will be available a river excursion on River Taf.

Team Based Activities Whereinwales offer you A combination of problem solving tasks and team building activities allow yourself and other group members to become engaged in a worthwhile and meaningful learning exercise.

1) Mud Assault Course: Army style assault course (built by the Navy).
2) Raft Building: Construct your ideal floating craft in order to cross the strip of water without getting wet.
3) High Ropes & Zip-Line: Purpose built high ropes course and zip line tower, offering varying challenges.
4) Team Challenges: A combination of problem solving tasks and team building activities.
